What is your returns policy?
You are welcome to return your socks unused and still in new condition within 28 days of your delivery. Unfortunately postage can not be refunded and returns must be at your own expense. Please contact us should you wish to return any item.
What is your delivery policy?
We use Royal Mail 48hr service
I haven't received my item and my feet don't look splendid, what shall I do?
If the item hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of postage please contact us so we can help track the item.
Can I amend an order once made?
WIth regret, it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel an order in progress as our speedy staff are likely to have already posted.
Do you do any voucher codes?
Yes from time to time we may have a promotion. We also sell multi packs at a discount.
Can we find you on the high street?
Currently you can only buy through ourselves or via authorised resellers at airshows
How much is shipping?
Postage is free for sock orders over £35 otherwise will be charged at £2.95 per order in UK or £4.95 internationally for socks. Some items may have specific costings due to size.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal.
How do I look after my socks?
We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling. We recommend a washing temperature of 30°C unless instructions state otherwise. All socks should be turned inside out and bleaching or ironing should be avoided. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.
Important: Please take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this will damage the socks.
