What are your products made from?

As you can guess, we make a vast array of products which uses different materials. Therefore every product has the materials listed as standard.

 

Where are your products made?

Every product is designed & tested in the UK. The products themselves are currently made in UK, Turkey or China. The reason for this is cost and expertise, ensuring experts are only involved in the production of our goods within our ecological and ethical code of practice.

 

Why should I buy better socks?

Well buy cheap buy twice comes to mind. Better made socks tend to be more durable and more comfortable to wear. However, we understand that this increases costs, but we remain committed to offer the best value, rather than best price. 

 

Here are two pairs of socks, packaged new and washed an worn 104 washes (once a week for 2 years). You can see the difference is quite small. Holes and dullness of colour is inevitable, but we hope your socks will look amazing for longer.

 

 

Can I amend or cancel an order once made?

Please message us [email protected] to see if this is possible. With rgret, this is done on a best efforts basis and we can not refund postage once order is sent.


Can I choose postage?

For some products we offer multiple postage options to suit you


My delivery hasn’t turned up, what can I do?

On occasion, especially in December, delivery may be a little slower than normal. We will always help where possible, but please contact us after 10 days from your dispatch email if your order has not been received.

How long do I have to return an item?

We would obviously question why on earth you would want to return such splendid goods. But you are welcome to return the product unused and in as new condition within 28 days of delivery. We extend this to 60 days for any products bought in November or December to allow for Christmas returns. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges nor for return postage unless the product has a fault.

 

How do I return an item?

You need to email us at [email protected] or submit a return on our contact us page. One of our ninja helpdesk elves will spring in to action and ensure you are happy.

What happens if something is faulty?

We would announce a day of prayer at the very thought. However, fabrics can get snagged, delivery packages can get eaten by the postman…. Whatever the reason, in the very unlikely event this has arrived less than splendid, please contact us at [email protected] or via our contact page and will be happy to replace any such item with our apologies.

 

What if I received the wrong item?

We will of course swap it for the correct one with our full apologies and tell our packers to stop drinking the leftover Christmas sherry.
